Balancing stones - Dusk tones

Balancing stones are a natural, eco-friendly, and non-toxic wooden toy perfect for all ages, from toddlers to adults.

Ideal as both a plaything and a decorative piece for your home, nursery, or office, this toy draws inspiration from the traditional Japanese game Tumi-ishi. It helps develop hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, observation, and logic while encouraging creativity.

 Build, balance, and transform these stones into imaginative landscapes like rocks, icebergs, or deserts. Perfect for Montessori education, it promotes open-ended, imaginative play.

 Set consists of 10 stones of different shapes and colours. Each stone is unique. 

MATERIAL: Our stones are made of maple wood. All our wood is sourced responsibly from FSC certified suppliers. Painted with non toxic, toy safe certified paint and finished with organic linseed oil. Packed in a kraft box, which is designed to be reused or easily recycled.

SAFETY: CE & UKCA certified and suitable for children over the age of 3 years. 

TURNAROUND: Each set is made to order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be despatched. If you need your order for a specific date please contact us (hello@happylittlefolks.com) prior to ordering.

 DELIVERY: We use Royal Mail or Evri service in the UK and Tracked Mail anywhere internationally. You will be able to track your order along the way.

CARE: We recommend covering our blocks with natural, food safe oils (coconut oil/linseed oil/beeswax) at least twice a year to protect them from damage.

Sizes, colours and wood grain may slightly vary to those on the photos, our toys are handcrafted and hand painted, each set is entirely unique, made to order.
