PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order at happylittlefolks.com, you agree to have read and understood these terms and conditions.

Once you have placed an order and confirmed the payment of the goods, an email will be sent to you to inform you of the order having been received. At this moment you become bound by your order. After the goods are dispatched to the address you have provided during the ordering process, an email notification will be sent to you.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We will do our very best to keep the website up to date at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that items displayed will be available. We aim to process your order request within 1-5 working days, subject to availability. Should your desired products be out of stock we will contact you via email. If we receive no response to our email, your remaining order will be processed.

Please read product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

PAYMENT

Happy Little Folks accepts most major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Payment will be debited from your account prior to the order being despatched to you. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In the event of a card refusal, we will not accept the order, we will not be liable for delay or non delivery.

PRICING

Please note that all Happy Little Folks products include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.  Our prices may change without prior notice at any time.

All charges and refunds are in UK Pound Sterling (£).  Happy Little Folks cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuation. 

SHIPPING

We update all product descriptions with current turnaround times, so please look out for these (currently all items might take up to 5 working days to create). Once your item has been completed I aim to dispatch within 1 working day. All my items are made to order, so please bear this in mind when ordering. If you need your item sooner please contact us through our contact form or e-mail hello@happylittlefolks.com, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Happy Little Folks offers free UK delivery on all orders over £50. For orders below £50 a delivery charge of £3.95 is applied. 

We use Hermes and Royal Mail (1st Class) for posting our items which can take from 2-5 working days. If you require a faster service please contact us before ordering.

Europe:

All items are posted via Royal Mail Standard International delivery which is not tracked. Royal Mail aims to deliver goods to Europe within 5-7 working days. If you require a tracked service, please e-mail us: hello@happylittlefolks.com so we can give you a quote. 

Our shipping prices are calculated according to the size and weight of your order and the address of delivery. To calculate the costs of shipping please add the items that you wish to purchase to your basket. An instant quote can then be provided in the shopping cart, simply enter your delivery address details into the estimate shipping section.

up to 0.5kg  £6.00

from 0.5kg - 0.75kg   £7.50

from 0.75kg - 1kg  £9.00

from 1kg - 1.50kg  £11.50

from 1kg - 5 kg  £13 (Tracked courier service)

World:

All items are posted via Royal Mail Standard International delivery which is not tracked. Royal Mail aims to deliver goods within 7-12 working days. If you require a tracked service, please e-mail us: hello@happylittlefolks.com so we can give you a quote.

For orders of multiple items (above 2kg) please contact us to estimate the best cost of postage.

Please note that delays in delivering international mail do happen from time to time, so allow extra time for them to arrive, it should be delivered within 14 working days. Parcel is considered lost after 30 working days. 

Happy Little Folks is not responsible for any import duties or additional taxes which may be payable on receipt.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel you order before it is sent out please send us an e-mail: hello@happylittlefolks.com.  If your order has already been dispatched then we are unable to cancel your delivery, however you can still return your items for a full refund (excluding postage cost).

RETURNS POLICY

Happy Little Folks are happy to offer a full refund (minus the shipping cost) or exchange in case of damage on any item you are not satisfied with within 7 days of receipt. We will only accept returned items in their original condition and packaging. Most of our products is handmade and slight variations can and will occur but we're of course happy to work with you if you're unhappy with your purchase. 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

If you are not 100 %  happy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt. We will only accept items which are in perfect, unused and unwashed condition, in the original packaging.

Happy Little Folks reserves the right to inspect products carefully before agreeing to any exchange or return. Buyer is responsible for the cost of postage.

Please follow the below steps:

1. Please email us at: hello@happylittlefolks.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

2. Wrap up your item securely in original packaging.

3. Post your parcel and always keep your proof of postage.

Please post your goods back to us within 7 days.  We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive to us.

Faulty goods - in the unlikely event the we made a mistake with your order or sent a faulty item we will cover the cost of return.

If a returned Item is shipped internationally, please clearly  mark the package "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Custom fees. Happy Little Folks is not responsible for any return custom charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made within 5 working days from the date we received your returned goods. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
