PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order at www.happylittlefolks.com, you agree to have read and understood these terms and conditions.
Once you have placed an order and confirmed the payment of the goods, an email will be sent to you to inform you of the order having been received. At this moment you become bound by your order. After the goods are dispatched to the address you have provided during the ordering process, an email notification will be sent to you.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value.
If products with different turnaround times are ordered or pre-ordered, they will be posted once the product with the longest turnaround is made. If you wish to receive any of the items earlier, another postage charge will need to be covered by the customer.
If you quality for free delivery within UK and require any of the items sooner, the postage cost will need to be covered by the customer, second delivery will be free of charge for the item with a longer turnaround.
PRE-ORDERS
You will be charged at the time you place your pre-order. All pre-orders are handled by Shopify, our third party payment processing partner. When you place a pre-order, you are expressly agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. Please remember, the pre-order price does not include duties, taxes and other governmental charges. You are solely responsible for those other charges.

The products available in the store have been designed, marketed and sold for use by residents of the United Kingdom. All safety warnings, information, instructions, packaging, in-box materials, mobile apps, and support services are provided only in English. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the product is destined. We are not liable or responsible if you break any such law.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We will do our very best to keep the website up to date at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that items displayed will be available. We aim to process your order within 1-12 working days, subject to our current turnaround which will be displayed on the product info page. Should your desired products be out of stock or more time needed to complete it we will contact you via email. If we receive no response to our email, your remaining order will be processed and the product out of stock will be refunded.

PAYMENT
Happy Little Folks accepts most major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Payment will be debited from your account prior to the order being despatched to you, all payments are handled by Shopify, our third party payment processing partner. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In the event of a card refusal, we will not accept the order, we will not be liable for delay or non delivery.
PRICING
Please note that all Happy Little Folks products include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. Our prices may change without prior notice at any time.
All charges and refunds are in UK Pound Sterling (£). Happy Little Folks cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuation.
SHIPPING
We update all product descriptions with current turnaround times, so please look out for these (currently all "made to order" items might take up to 12 working days to make). Once your item has been completed we aim to dispatch within 1 working day. All ready in stock items will be despatched within 48 hours. Please note that during busy times like sales or Christmas turnaround may increase by additional 24 hours.

DELIVERY:
TURNAROUND
Some items are ready to ship, but some items are "made to order" - you will find lead times for each product in their description, please look out for these (currently all items might take up to 3 - 12 working days until they are dispatched). If you need your item sooner please message us through our contact form or e-mail hello@happylittlefolks.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately we can not be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.
In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 10 days for UK deliveries and 30 days for overseas deliveries), please contact us in writing at hello@happylittlefolks.com. Please note there is a 14 day cooling down period (from date of postage) before we will take action on lost or missing parcel sent by standard Royal Mail delivery.

United Kingdom:
Happy Little Folks offers free UK delivery on all orders over £70. For orders below £70 a delivery charge of £4.95 is applied.
We use couriers (DPD, UPS,Evri) or Royal Mail for posting our items which can take from 1-5 working days depending on the type of delivery chosen by a customer. If you require a faster service please contact us before ordering
Europe (EU):
VAT, TAXES to be paid by the client - the courier will contact you directly. Please note your order will not be delivered if there are any outstanding fees and taxes. Please check your government website for the tax/fees details.
We use Royal Mail, UPS and DPD as our delivery partner in the EU. Sometimes there may be an additional courier charge applied that will need to be settled by the client before the order is delivered. We have no control of this charges, UPS/DPD may contact you via email/phone provided prior to delivery.
If a parcel is returned to us with rejected custom tax we will make a refund of the product minus the original postage cost. We are aslo happy to repost once the delivery charge is paid by the customer.
Non EU countries - we offer Royal Mail Tracked or Signed For delivery (signature will be required upon receipt).
For heavier parcels we use couriers (ParcelForce, DPD or UPS, these are usually delivered within 7 working days).
Rest of the World:
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery or another tracked courier service (both may take from 6 to 20 working days to arrive).

Please note that delays in delivering international mail do happen from time to time, so allow extra time for them to arrive, it should be delivered within 18 working days. Parcel is considered lost after 30 working days.
Happy Little Folks is not responsible for any import duties or additional taxes which may be payable on receipt.
If a parcel is returned to us with rejected custom tax we will make a refund of the product minus the original postage cost. We are also happy to repost once the delivery charge is paid by the customer.
If by mistake your address details are entered incorrectly and shipped, please be aware that we will charge shipping again to resend your order. Where the item has been sent free delivery a £4.595 shipping charge will apply to send it again.

CANCELLATIONS
Sorry we do not accept cancellations of any items which are hand painted to your colour choice. Nevertheless if you made a mistake please contact us and we will treat each case individually, try to help whenever possible. We are happy to cancel any order (apart from custom colour choices) which has not been shipped yet.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. I will only accept items which are in perfect, unused condition, in the original packaging.
We offer a refund of all items that are in "Ready to ship" section (made by other brands or unpainted) for the value of the item minus the original postage cost.
'Made to order' items will get a refund in a form of a gift card for the value of the item minus the original postage cost.
Please note that custom colour and sale items are non-returnable.
Happy Little Folks reserves the right to inspect products carefully before agreeing to any exchange or return. Buyer is responsible for the cost of postage.
Please follow the below steps to return your item(s):
1. Please email me at: hello@happylittlefolks.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. Wrap up your item in original packaging.
3. Post your parcel and always keep your proof of postage.
Please post your goods back to me within 14 days from receiving it. I recommend using a tracked service as I cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive to me.

If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any custom fees. Happy Little Folks is not responsible for any return custom charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
Once your item is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Your item will then be inspected and if approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow 2-5 working days for the funds to arrive (time can vary from time to time, if it does not arrive within this period please contact your bank first). Refunds will be made within 5 working days from the receipt of return goods.
I will not offer exchange or accept the return of any products if the item has been used, not labelled or has undergone some damage or is not in its original packaging, for which reason I ask you to be careful with the product until you process its return.
EXCHANGES
If the item you received is damaged in transit we are able to offer you an exchange. We cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange for is in stock. If it is out of stock we will fully refund your order or post the item once it is back in stock, which we will communicate with you via e-mail.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
