TURNAROUND
Currently all hand painted /custom colour items might take up to 2-5 working days to make, once dispatched you will receive an email from us. We always make our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Please check individual listings for estimated turnaround info as some products have shorter turnaround.
We are doing our best to fulfil your orders as fast as possible, please bear with us, in case of any queries please email: hello@happylittlefolks.com.
During SALE event turnaround might take up to 10 working days.
All 'ready to ship', pre-made items will be dispatched within 2 working days.
If you need your item sooner please message us through our contact form prior to ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We always try to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
Pre-orders:
If products with different turnaround times are ordered or pre-ordered, they will be posted once the product with the longest turnaround is completed. If you wish to receive any of the items earlier, another postage charge will need to be covered by the customer. If you quality for free delivery within UK and require any of the items sooner, the postage cost will need to be covered by the customer, second delivery will be free of charge for the item with a longer turnaround.

DELIVERY:
United Kingdom:
We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £70 (2-3 working days)
Royal Mail 2nd class (2-4 working days) - £4.95
Royal Mail 1st class (1-2 working days) - £6.50
¹ Working Days are Mon-Fri, excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays
For bigger parcel (Wicker prams or bigger orders) we use a courier service delivery, which usually takes from 1-5 working days.
Europe (EU):
VAT, TAXES to be paid by the client - the courier will contact you directly. Please note your order will not be delivered if there are any outstanding fees and taxes. Please check your government website for the tax/fees details.
We use Royal Mail, UPS and DPD as our delivery partner in the EU. Sometimes there may be an additional courier charge applied that will need to be settled by the client before the order is delivered. We have no control of this charges, UPS/DPD may contact you via email/phone provided prior to delivery.
If a parcel is returned to us with rejected custom tax we will make a refund of the product minus the original postage cost. We are also happy to repost once the delivery charge is paid by the customer.
Non EU countries - we offer Royal Mail Tracked or Signed For delivery (signature will be required upon receipt).
For heavier parcels we use couriers (ParcelForce, DPD or UPS, these are usually delivered within 7 working days).
Rest of the World:
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery or another tracked courier service (both may take from 6 to 15 working days to arrive).

During busy times like Christmas deliveries to USA and Australia might take up to 4-6 weeks, due to custom delays, please bear this in mind.
Our shipping prices are calculated according to the size and weight of your order and the address of delivery. To calculate the costs of shipping please add the items that you wish to purchase to your basket. An instant quote can then be provided in the shopping cart, simply enter your delivery address details into the estimate shipping section.

Please note that delays in delivering international mail do happen from time to time, so allow extra time for them to arrive, it should be delivered within 15 working days. Parcel is considered lost after 30 working days. All late or undelivered parcel queries will be resolved once the 30 working days have passed. Luckily missing post happens on rare occasions and we are always here to support you in case of any queries.
Happy Little Folks is not responsible for any import duties or additional taxes which may be payable on receipt. If a parcel is returned to us with rejected custom tax/fees we will make a refund of the product minus the original postage cost.
