Balancing stones - natural, eco friendly, non toxic wooden toy which will be suitable for any age, from toddlers to adults. Suitable both as a toy and decoration for home/nursery/office. 

Inspired by ancient Japanese game Tumi-ishi it teaches hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, observation, logic and inspires creativity.

Stack, build, balance, turn stones into mystical lands (rocks, icebergs, deserts). Toy suitable for Montessori education, inspires open ended play. 

Set consists of 10 stones of different shapes. Unpainted & unvarnished. Each stone is unique. 

MATERIAL: Our stones are made of maple wood. Not varnished. All our wood is sourced from FSC certified suppliers. Packed in a kraft box, which is designed to be reused or easily recycled.

SAFETY: CE certified and suitable for children over the age of 3 years.

CARE: We recommend covering our blocks with natural, food safe oils (coconut oil/linseed oil/beeswax) every 6 months to protect them from damage.

DELIVERY: Within UK we post via Royal Mail or courier, outside UK we use Tracked Royal Mail delivery or tracked courier.

CARE: Spot clean with damp cloth and a little bit of soap. Do not soak in water. We recommend using food safe oil each month to give blocks extra protection. We make our own Wood Balm - click here.

Sizes, colours and wood grain may slightly vary to those on the photos, our toys are handcrafted and hand painted, each set is entirely unique, made to order.
